We have several categories designed for the beginner up to the serious athlete. Your practice and hard work with us will enhance and underpin all your other sports, activities and rehabilitation as well as your quality of life. You will also address modern day evils such as ‘text neck’ and excessive use of computers which have a negative effect on posture.

Zen (not too tough!)
Umph! (intermediate) – Pack the ‘umph’ into the triumph of challenging, exacting and satisfying workouts.
Boom! (high intensity) – Brace yourselves and expect it to pack a punch, not for the faint of heart.
For clients new to the studio and/or Pilates: designed for you to get to know us and for us to advise and design the myPilateslondon programme best suited to you. As a new customer you are required to do 3 private sessions. This is not required if you have done studio Pilates before and have no injuries.

Semi private sessions designed for couples or friends of a similar standard.
