The MOTR, this long tube here, is a canister with a bar, pullies, cables, and a capsule on either end.
So, if you’ve ever been to a Pilates studio with these big machines, just think of something more portable or more versatile… something you can take outside to the park or by the river here in Putney outside the rowing clubs.
What is MOTR used for?
It’s perfect for therapy, perfect for rehab, and perfect for great conditioning. The MOTR is a super-easy-to-use versatile piece of machinery. And I’m going to show you how it works and how simple it is to set up.
Press the button, turn, and unlock the cap. Take out the stopper.
Take the strap off (very simple).
I pull this section out of the tube, take the feet off, place the rounder section of the bar in, pick up the cap again, twist and lock.
Take the handle off (we don’t need that anymore).
Place the feet about 1 meter apart and lay the MOTR down.
Check the tension on the capsules. One white in gives you mid-tension.
So that’s all it takes! It takes a minute to set up. It’s so easy. You can use it lying down, kneeling, plank work, standing work, balancing.
The MOTR is an amazing, versatile piece of machinery!
