I am so grateful for your support and work you have done with me while was visiting the UK from Australia.
As a Black Belt Brazilian jiu Jitsu instructor giving multiple classes per week I know I need to pay attention to my body and what it is telling me.
Doing yoga has been great but when you introduced me to Pilates I realised it is so much more than the gentle stretch I hear people say it is. It is a complete body mobility, strength and mental workout. Thank for tailoring to my needs, I feel energised and so much more in tune with my body, you did miracles on my shoulder. I feel I have more power but more importantly my mental state of mind feels balanced. Jiu Jitsu is not about raw energy but technique, and endurance – like a chess game; these attributes were enhanced and supported by myPilates.
The team were awesome, the studio is clean and had everything we needed. Again thanks Pete, what you taught me will be everlasting and something I will bring to my Jiu Jitsu Academy and students.
